Bill of Address/Impeachment
As written in Sec1:13 of Your Guide to the New Hampshire Courts, "In New Hampshire a judge can be removed from the court only by the legislature either through a bill of address, voted by the legislature and approved by the Governor and Executive Council, or by impeachment, in which case formal charges are brought by the House and a trial held in the Senate." See Part 2 Article 73 of the New Hampshire State Constitution.
